The true power of the subconscious mind
Thank you, in this post, you are going to learn what really creates your reality, so as I was saying. I struggled to create the life I wanted because I was subconsciously sabotaging myself every step of the way.
You see your subconscious mind controls your thoughts, ( you can do it consciously too but its hard to keep it up) your thoughts control your feelings and your feelings create your beliefs and your beliefs create your reality.
The subconscious mind controls and attracts everything into your experience. Your reality is a direct reflection of your subconscious beliefs.
You see when you feel what you want like you already have it, Your subconscious mind can’t tell the difference if its real or not.
It is this feeling that communicates to the subconscious mind what is real. Your subconscious mind then sets your vibration that attracts those things on the same frequency!
But here is the problem
Your subconscious mind has set beliefs that were created when you were really young. So that you could make assumptions about the world around you. It is these deep subconscious beliefs that create your reality.
When people first learn about the law of attraction, they visualize and visualize usually for a couple of days but because reality does not change they declare that the law of attraction does not work!
because they never changed their subconscious thought patterns!
Remember it’s your subconscious thoughts and beliefs that create your reality!
When you don’t change your subconscious mind you’re doomed to stay in a cycle of always getting the same stuff!

I discovered little activities anyone could do that would get me into the ‘ALPHA’ zone where I could communicate with my subconscious mind on what I want so that the subconscious mind would find a way to get it.
